AdBuilder
Give local advertising a brand-approved starting point
Local dealers need advertising that fits their market. Your brand team needs control over the starting point. AdBuilder is being built to bring those needs together through templates, brand rules and review.

For brand teams supporting local dealers
A shared campaign can still need a local address, offer or message. AdBuilder is designed for teams that want to guide those changes from a common starting point.
- Brand and creative teams preparing reusable advertising templates.
- Channel marketers coordinating local campaign participation.
- Dealers who need a defined path from template to reviewed creative.
Make local changes easier to govern
Repeated one-off requests make it difficult to know which template a dealer used, what they changed and what was reviewed.
- Separate reusable template decisions from individual creative decisions.
- Define the content partners should be allowed to change.
- Agree on the review and output requirements before a pilot.
How it helps your team
Create and edit advertising templates, then publish them for the intended partner use.
Template setup is in development. The complete dealer editing, proof and approved-download journey is still being completed.
Review templates in an approval queue, with approve and reject decisions.
Template approval is separate from approval of a dealer’s finished advertisement.
Create and maintain brand rules associated with advertising templates.
Rules need to be defined for your brand. They do not replace creative review.
From template to finished advertisement
The starting template and a dealer’s final creative are different review decisions. The full dealer journey remains planned pilot work.
- Template
- The reusable layout and content prepared by your brand team.
- Brand rules
- The requirements your team defines to guide template use and review.
- Template approval
- A decision about the reusable starting point. It does not approve every advertisement later created from it.
- Finished creative
- A dealer-specific advertisement, with its own proof, review decision and approved output. This complete journey is still being completed.
The planned dealer journey
A dealer wants to adapt a seasonal campaign for their local business.
Illustrative planned workflow, not a customer record or screenshot. Dealer editing, proof review and approved download remain open pilot work.
1 · Dealer
Choose a template and add local details
The intended experience lets the dealer change permitted content and save their work.
2 · Reviewer
Review the exact creative proof
The planned review ties feedback and approval to the specific version of the advertisement.
3 · Dealer
Download the approved advertisement
The pilot target is a fixed web layout with PNG output. Print production and other output formats need separate scope.
Start with one local campaign
Use a bounded pilot to prove the complete creative journey before expanding it.
- Select one brand, language and web advertisement template.
- Define permitted edits, brand rules and who reviews templates and finished creative.
- Confirm the dealer workflow, proof and approved PNG download are ready for the pilot.
- Run a sample advertisement through review and verify the downloaded version matches the approval.
Common questions
Do we need Co-op to use AdBuilder?
The planned direct AdBuilder journey does not require a Co-op claim. Linking approved advertising to a reimbursement claim is a separate, planned connection.
How is this different from asset management?
Asset management organizes and distributes existing files. AdBuilder is intended to help dealers create local advertising from templates. Confirm the products and supporting file services your rollout needs.
Can dealers build and download ads now?
The full dealer workflow has not passed its release gate. Template administration is implemented, but dealer editing, proof review and approved download still need end-to-end acceptance.
Does template approval guarantee every ad follows our brand rules?
No. Template approval covers the reusable starting point. Your finished creative still needs the configured rules, proof and review process.
What should we confirm before rollout?
- Creative scope
- Agree on a brand, language, template, permitted edits and output requirements. The initial pilot target excludes dealer-uploaded artwork.
- Assets and access
- Confirm source artwork, file handling, dealer access and reviewer permissions during setup.
- Print requirements
- Print production has a separate readiness gate. Confirm it explicitly if your campaign needs print output.
