Assets & creative
Give partners access to the right brand assets
Help dealers and distributors find the creative they need for local marketing. Organize campaign assets, keep track of versions and control access, with an optional review process for creative your partners submit.

Who this is for
Anyone accountable for creative that leaves the building.
- Brand and creative operations teams who are the bottleneck for every "can you send me the print version" request.
- Channel marketing teams who need partners to have approved creative without emailing them a zip file every quarter.
- Teams who want asset management on its own, with no incentive program attached — that is supported.
What this replaces
Make campaign files easier to organize, share and review.
- Folders that made sense to whoever created them and to nobody since.
- Three versions of the same logo in circulation, and no way to tell which one shipped.
- Repeated requests for campaign files that partners cannot find for themselves.
- Creative that partners produce themselves, reviewed over email, and then lost.
How it helps your team
Organize brand assets, manage versions and control access with a standalone asset library, independent of incentive programs.
Set your brand guidelines and check creative against them, with findings shown alongside each file for your reviewers.
Your team makes the final creative approval. Brand checks help reviewers spot issues.
Partners can submit creative back for review, and reviewers accept or reject it before it enters the library.
File safety checks are not available yet. Confirm upload readiness with us before accepting partner files.
Give partners a portal with your web address, branding and navigation. Each partner sees only the product areas they have permission to use.
Assets stands on its own
Asset management is a standalone product. Choose whether to use it internally, share assets with partners or accept partner submissions for review.
- Use asset management independently
- The asset library, versions, access controls and reporting do not require an incentive program.
- Partner distribution is optional
- Choose whether to share files with partners or keep the library for your internal team.
- Reviewed submissions are optional too
- You can share approved files without accepting partner uploads. Enable submissions separately when your team is ready to review them.

- Agree how to organize assets by campaign, region and product line.
- Confirm the file formats and sizes your partners need.
- Define the brand guidelines reviewers will use.
- Set access for your internal team and partner audiences.
- Start with one campaign and check whether partners can find what they need.
Common questions
Do we need co-op or any incentive program to use this?
No. Assets is a standalone product that can be enabled independently. Contact us to discuss availability.
Are files checked for malware when they are uploaded?
Not yet. Partner files are not scanned for malware today. File safety checks need to be ready before rollout.
Will it preview and convert our file types?
Supported file formats and previews are still being verified. Tell us the formats that matter and we will answer for those specifically instead of claiming a general "all formats".
Can partners send creative back to us?
Yes, through a reviewed submission queue — accepted or rejected before it enters the library. It is an optional capability you enable.
Can we control who downloads what?
Yes. Choose who can access each asset and create download links for the intended recipients.
