Shared platform capabilities

Keep your partner programs connected

Give dealers one place to find their program work, while your team manages partner access and contact preferences across the products you choose. Start with the product you need and plan additional connections around the way your network works.

Discuss your requirements

Shared capabilities are in development. Connected creative-to-claim journeys are planned; your proposal will identify the products, connections and features ready for your rollout.

Who this is for

For the people coordinating a partner network across marketing, brand and finance.

  • Channel teams giving dealers a consistent place to access their programs.
  • Brand teams sharing approved creative with the partners who need it.
  • Program administrators managing access and contacts as their product needs grow.

Less disconnected partner administration

Give each team a clear role without making partners navigate unrelated accounts and contact records.

  • A shared sign-in across the products your organization enables.
  • Consistent partner records, with access limited to each person’s responsibilities.
  • Contact preferences and consent history kept with the contact.
  • Separate product funds and approval permissions, even when products are purchased together.

How it helps your team

  • Give partners a portal with your web address, branding and navigation. Each partner sees only the product areas they have permission to use.

  • Use one sign-in and the same partner records across the products your organization enables, with permissions controlling what each person can do.

  • Organize contacts into lists and segments, manage communication preferences and keep a history of consent changes.

  • Account verification and password-reset emails support partner access without requiring a marketing contact record or marketing subscription.

  • Choose Co-op, Rebates or SPIFFs independently. Each product keeps its own funds and approval permissions, including when purchased in a bundle.

  • Sync organization relationships with Salesforce, review sync history and resolve records that need attention.

Salesforce is the current integration. Talk with us about setup and support for any other system.

What your team shares

Shared foundations help the products work alongside one another. Each product still controls its own work and approvals.

Partner access
Use your branding and web address for the partner portal. Show partners the product areas they are permitted to use.
Contacts and consent
Organize contacts and communication preferences in one place. Joining a partner program does not itself give permission to send marketing.
Account and security email
Keep account verification and password resets separate from marketing preferences, so opting out of marketing does not prevent account access.
Product responsibilities
Assets manages campaign files; AdBuilder supports template-based local advertising; Co-op manages funding requests and claim review. Rebates and SPIFFs retain their own program decisions.

One partner, clear responsibilities

A dealer and program team working through a Co-op claim using the shared platform.

Illustrative example of partner access and claim review, not a customer record or screenshot.

  1. 1 · Program administrator

    Set the dealer’s product access.

Choose the products and areas the dealer is permitted to use within your organization.

  2. 2 · Dealer

Sign in and check the program.

Use the branded portal to view the funds and claims available through the enabled Co-op product.

  3. 3 · Reviewer and finance

Follow the claim within their roles.

Authorized reviewers record the decision. Finance confirms external settlement separately; shared access does not give every user approval permission.

How creative and incentives can work together

These optional connections describe the direction of the platform. Each needs its own completed setup and release checks; you can use individual products without waiting for the full connected journey.

Planned

Campaign assets to Co-op claims

Link the approved campaign asset a partner uses to the supporting evidence for a Co-op claim, so reviewers can follow the creative and reimbursement request.

This connected journey is planned and is not ready for rollout. Downloading an asset does not approve a claim or confirm payment.

Planned

Local advertising to Co-op claims

Connect local advertising created from a brand template with proof review and an eligible Co-op reimbursement request.

This connected journey is planned and is not ready for rollout. Creative approval, production and claim approval remain separate; printer connections require their own setup and verification.

Plan your rollout

Start with one useful partner journey, then expand the products and connections you need.

  1. Choose the first job partners need to complete, such as checking co-op funds and submitting a claim.
  2. Agree the products, partner access, branding and team responsibilities for that journey.
  3. Prepare partner and contact records, including communication preferences.
  4. Confirm any external-system connection and test access with real partner and staff roles before rollout.
  5. Add creative-to-claim connections only when their setup and release checks are complete.

Common questions

Do we need every BrandFlex product?

No. Choose the products your team needs. Asset Management can be used independently, and Co-op, Rebates and SPIFFs are separate products. Shared capabilities support the products included in your proposal.

Is this a separate product?

These are shared capabilities supporting BrandFlex products, rather than a separate public plan. Your proposal defines the included products and features.

Does a shared platform mean shared budgets or approvals?

No. Co-op, Rebates and SPIFFs keep their own funds and approval permissions. A common sign-in does not give someone authority to approve every program.

Are the creative-to-claim journeys ready to use?

Not yet. The connected Assets-to-Co-op and AdBuilder-to-Co-op journeys are planned and require their own release checks. Using creative or approving a proof does not approve reimbursement.

Can every partner access every product?

No. Partners see the product areas their access permits.

Does unsubscribing from marketing stop password resets?

No. Account and security messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Are SMS and RCS available?

Not today. The communication capabilities currently being developed use email.

What should we confirm before rollout?
Choose the products and connections
Confirm which products are included and which connections have been verified for your rollout. Buying a bundle does not automatically enable every workflow.
Agree integration requirements
Discuss the Salesforce connection, the records you need to sync and who will resolve exceptions. Other systems require a separate assessment; this is not a promise to connect to every CRM or finance system.
Prepare contact preferences
Bring accurate contact and consent records. Partner access does not make private contact lists available to every user.
Confirm communication channels
Email capabilities are in development. SMS and RCS are not available today.
