Using BrandFlex
These Terms of Service apply to your access to the BrandFlex website and platform, provided by BrandFlex LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you use BrandFlex on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
If your organization has a signed agreement with BrandFlex, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Product availability, fees, service commitments, and implementation work are defined in the applicable agreement or order form.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
Your organization manages your workspace membership, permissions, and program participation. Its administrators may grant or remove access and manage information submitted to the workspace.
Responsible use
Do not use BrandFlex for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another organization’s information without permission, disrupt the service, or upload malicious software.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining the permissions needed to use it. Marketing communications, incentive programs, and partner activities must follow applicable laws and your organization’s policies.
Your content
You and your organization retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant BrandFlex permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, support, and protect the service and follow your organization’s instructions.
BrandFlex retains ownership of its software, designs, and other platform materials. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them.
Programs and connected services
The organization offering a co-op, rebate, or other incentive program is responsible for its rules, eligibility decisions, approvals, and payment obligations. Access to BrandFlex does not guarantee approval or payment.
Connected third-party services are governed by their own terms. Your organization is responsible for authorizing integrations and the information shared through them.
Availability and changes
We may update the platform and interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Any service levels, warranties, support commitments, or remedies are set out in your organization’s agreement.
We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Account closure and data return or deletion are subject to the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use BrandFlex. Your organization may also have policies that apply to its workspace and programs.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears below the page title. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or other appropriate channels.
